how to wear green for fall
We are literally two weeks away from Christmas Eve and I’m still not ready for it. I haven’t started crossing off the people off my list, if anything, I’ve been crossing off the items on my wish-list instead. It is extremely difficult to shop for others when the items on your wish-list go on sale and you just got to have it right away than wait for it to come to you on Christmas.
While I was shopping, I was inspired by this green ruffle-trimmed dress. For most people, the green colour stumps many people and it leaves them wondering how to make it work for everyday or the holidays. The colour is perfect for the holidays actually, especially a dark green. Well, here is my take on the jewel tone piece layered with a camel coloured turtleneck and my favourite camel overcoat that comes back every fall in various colours (wonderful fall/winter investment). This look has a vintage aura, yet it feels like something off the Gucci runway last year. The best colours to pair with green are camel, black, white. Hope I’ve inspired to recreate your own green look. Have a wonderful weekend everyone!
